25 g coconut oil (bio and cold pressed) ( here my favourite)

750 cl rolled oat (bio)

30 cl chocolate protein powder of your choice ( here my favourite)

1 tbsp coffee powder

Coconut flakes, chia seeds or others for topping


  1. Melt the coconut oil
  2. Mix the coconut oil with the protein powder, the coffee powder and the rolled oat
  3. Let the mix sit for 1 hour
  4. Shape the balls
  5. Garnish the balls with the coconut flakes or others of your choice
  6. Serve with coffee
